Elaine and Diane host periodic special events at Shelburne House throughout the year. The location for all events is the large, stately parlor with a gorgeous fireplace and plenty of seating. The dining room and smaller living room are also available for special events.

Shelburne House has recently hosted a wedding for 27 guests, and a large family gathering for descendents of the original builder of the house.

Last winter, recording artist Kate McDonnell entertained guests with an evening of humor and song in the parlor.

In March, Diane and Elaine host a day-long spin-in for western Massachusetts handspinners.
